Delivery & Assembly
The Poppy Playpen is delivered flat-packed with instructions for self-assembly. You can download the instructions yourself using this link.
Our White Poppy Playpen will be delivered within 3-8 weeks upon order depending on stock levels. Please check the top of the product page for current shipping times. We ship anywhere in the UK. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details. We do not currently ship to the EU or overseas. Please contact us before you place your order for a customised shipping quote.
Mattress & Bedding
Mattress size is 93x93cm to fit snugly inside the Playpen. Foam & organic mattresses, mattress protectors and cotton sheets are available to buy separately.
Disclaimer
It is your responsibility to ensure that:
- the Poppy Playpen is safely assembled following the safety instructions included in the packaging and using the Anita’s House materials supplied
- the base is adjusted according to your child’s height and activity level. Babies and toddlers learn how to climb out of their cots and playpens surprisingly quickly!
- the Playpen is on a level surface, placed away from steps and stairs and is stable
- your baby is not left unattended in the Playpen at any time
- if there are any problems with the Playpen, it is returned to us in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt
- Please note that the Playpen can be stored flat-packed but taking it apart and reassembling it too often may weaken the joints!
